Impend was asked to create a small brochure web site that would reflect Brentwood's image as a trusted investment partner while showcasing it's team members and portfolio investments
The Castillo Inn wanted a web site that would reflect their image as a small boutique inn and emphasize their great location as a key feature. Impend incorporated beautiful photographs of local attractions on every page and created a "Things to Do" page that highlights all of the wonderful activities in the Santa Barbara area.
Working under extremely tight deadlines, Impend created a launch site for this $1 billion fund in less than 3 weeks. Due to a merger with a Japanese conglomerate and the resulting time zone issues, many press releases and Web updates required attention in the middle of the night. Impend has maintained an ongoing relationship with Clarity by performing site maintenance and updates as well as posting a regular flow of press releases and news articles on the site.
Impend designed and developed an online wedding site as part of the Fairmont Hotel Wedding Package. The website promotes the wedding event by announcing the engagement, sharing information about the ceremony and reception, providing an up-to-date calendar of events, and more. The Fairmont has seen numerous benefits including the reduction of booking issues, increased room sales, and a strong differentiation from their competitors.

Working closely with their marketing team, Impend designed a site that successfully met the diverse needs of their broad customer base while retaining a warm, inviting look and feel. This site generates significant revenue through reservations and event planning and consistently serves over 30,000 page views per month.
Throughout the years, The Majestic has been a refuge from the bustle of the city, offering travelers sanctuary in the quiet of a serene San Fransisco neighborhood. Impend designed this site striving to convey the warmth and elegance for which The Majestic is well known. Since a picture really is worth a thousand words, Impend worked diligently in presenting the visual splendor of The Majestic in an online format that would also be both functional and informative.
Working with the hotel since 1995, the Inn at Union Square now receive 20-30% of their room night business online. Impend recently updated the site to parallel the hotel's new marketing efforts and reflect its relaxed, European atmosphere, located in the heart of Union Square.
Needing to better communicate with potential and existing clients, JSA wanted to create a website that would serve as an extension of their marketing arm. Impend fulfilled this goal by developing a site that featured pop-up windows of their existing work as well as an Extranet component allowing existing clients to access the ongoing status of their projects.
Impend designed this site striving to convey the "down home" neighborhood feel for which Lazy Acres is known. The site provides an online sandwich order form that results in an automated printed email that is delivered directly behind the deli counter. Impend also trained the Lazy Acres staff for weekly site update responsibilities.

Momentum is a financial intermediary that structures, arranges and facilitates large ticket equipment lease and capital transactions for new and used equipment. Impend developed an online presence for Momentum that would showcase it's Lessee and Lessor Services as well as highlight it's current client relationships and company information.

Business travelers can submit travel profiles, as well as make reservations and plan trips utilizing branded corporate websites. Peak Travel has been a client since its inception in 1996.
Peak Travel's main objective was to utilize a web-based solution to increase its operating efficiency and lower costs. Impend achieved these goals by centralizing their internal resources and making routine tasks occur automatically through the use of an Intranet. Employees now have direct access to vendor information, internal documents, booking information, new hire information, holiday schedules, office supply reorder information, and many other useful resources.
A client since 1996, Peak Travel wanted to expand it's Internet initiatives by providing a personalized and targeted service for each of its partners. Impend developed a series of co-branded travel websites that allowed Peak Travel's business partners to submit travel profiles, make reservations, and plan trips all under each partner's own branded corporate identity.
How were Rodney's potential customers supposed to know that the restaurant offered not only the best steaks in town, but also a large selection of specialty martini's? They weren't, until Impend worked with the steakhouse to develop its online marketing presence. Now everyone can view Rodney's menu, take an advance look at the winelist, and most importantly, get directions so that they can enjoy a great steak with that specialty martini.
Impend has been working with the Rose Hotel since their grand opening in 2001. They now receive a significant number of their room bookings online. The website itself reflects the hotel's European-style boutique within an atmosphere of elegance, serenity and privacy. Impend has recently created a "Specials" page to help guests enjoy such packages as a "Night on the Town" or a "Weekend of Romance."
An incredibly detailed site, the Santa Barbara Ed-Web online was designed and created to accommodate the interests of parents, teachers and students alike. Providing access to endless amounts of information for research, lesson plans, history, etc, this site prompted Impend to develop a color structure to best organize it for the user.
The Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation wanted to create a web site that would support and promote its fundraising efforts during its 65th anniversary year. Impend developed an online marketing presence according to the fundraising theme of "Buckaroos at the Bowl". The informational website provided event schedules, available sponsorship opportunities, and much more.
Impend develped a website for SME Corporation (now know as Project InVision) to market and promote itself as the leading services automation platform providing end-to-end lifecycle management and comprehensive Web-based solutions for portfolio analysis, program management and production support.
The New Environmentalist wanted to use the power of the Internet to reach millions of people. This monthly online magazine required an incredibly detailed website that would educate, inform and support their readers to reduce their impact on the planet. Along with many other special features developed for the site, Impend implemented an online subscription method and created "environmental calculators" which allowed users to calculate the yearly cost of resources.
Spiration wanted to create a website that would serve as an online marketing tool to promote and enchance its objective to be the leader in creating, developing and manufacturing devices for the treatment of lung disease. Impend achieved this by developing an informational website that helped educate medical professionals as well as patients about the benefits of Spiration's products.
Impend designed and constructed the Thymless Cusisine website as a "creative and appealing" informational online marketing piece, displaying the services of this imaginative catering company. The site features sample menus, inviting photos of their work, and other company information.
